Senior EDW Migrations Architect – Regional GTM

Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Solutions Architect (EDW Migrations) to lead migration strategy for large-scale EDW migrations to the Data Intelligence Platform in the EMEA region. You will develop technical assets, drive adoption, and guide field teams with scalable processes.

The role requires extensive experience in EDW modernization, Lakehouse architectures, and public cloud design across AWS/Azure/GCP, with a strong customer-facing background.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of customer-facing experience in pre-sales, architecture, or consulting roles influencing executives and driving data modernization strategies.
• Legacy Data Warehouse & Modernization Architecture understanding across EDW systems (Teradata, Netezza, Snowflake, Synapse, Redshift, Exadata) required.
• Mastery of migration scope and progression from EDW to the Data Intelligence Platform.
• Hands-on experience with Lakehouse architecture including Apache Spark, Python and SQL.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Public Cloud Architecting: design and implement big data architectures in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience collaborating with Professional Services and Global SI to standardize migration delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive technical GTM and adoption strategies for large-scale EDW migrations to the Data Intelligence Platform.
• Architect programmatic assets and technical guides for field teams and partners.
• Develop and improve automated assessment tools from customer engagements.
• Serve as tier-3 escalation for highly complex migrations in must-win accounts across EMEA.
• Mentor and scale regional Solutions Architects and Specialist SAs to extend migration capabilities.
• Provide feedback loop to Product Management and Engineering on customers' needs and trends.
• Publish whitepapers and deliver high-impact presentations to position the platform as a premier enterprise solution.
