Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Solutions Architect (EDW Migrations) to lead design and execution of large-scale EDW migrations to the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform across EMEA. You will work with leadership, product, and account teams to create adoption strategies, craft assets, and guide field teams in migrations that meet business objectives.

• 8+ years of customer-facing experience in pre-sales, architect, or consulting roles.
• Experience influencing technical executives and driving modernization strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive migration strategy for large-scale EDW migrations to Databricks Platform.
• Develop programmatic migration assets and technical guides for field teams and partners.
• Mentor regional Solutions Architects and Specialist SAs to scale migration delivery.
• Act as Tier-3 escalation for complex migrations and ensure customer success.
