Job summary

The European Space Agency (ESA) invites applications for an MS Dynamics CRM Solution Expert to be based at ESA premises in Noordwijk, Netherlands or Frascati, Italy. You will design, configure, and implement Dynamics CRM and Power Platform solutions across the project lifecycle.

The role requires a Master’s degree and at least 5 years of experience with Dynamics CRM, Power Automate, and Power BI, with deep Azure ecosystem knowledge.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform customization.
• End-to-end knowledge of the Azure ecosystem and Microsoft Dynamics platform architecture.
• Designing and implementing workflows and business processes in Dynamics CRM.
• Proven background in developing and deploying custom Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Solid understanding of the Microsoft digital ecosystem (Dynamics, SharePoint, Power Platform, etc.).
• Desire to work autonomously and in an international multicultural environment.
• Solution oriented mindset with customer-focused communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements into clear technical specs with consultants and analysts.
• Design and customize Dynamics modules to meet business needs.
• Develop client-side scripts, plugins, and integrations to extend Dynamics functionality.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and drive innovation within Dynamics development.
• Design and implement data integrations between Dynamics and external systems.
• Use Dynamics 365 analytics and Power BI to deliver actionable insights.
• Perform unit and integration testing to ensure quality.
• Gather requirements and provide business analysis with stakeholders and users.
• Contribute to Dynamics CRM and Power Platform standards and governance.
