The ideal candidate has over 10 years of relevant experience, especially with the Microsoft Digital Contact Center and must possess excellent Dutch communication skills. Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant configuration experience with the Power Platform.
• 10+ years of experience building automated workflows.
• Senior-level experience with Microsoft Digital Contact Center solution.
• Basic knowledge of JSON and API integrations.
• 5+ years of work experience in an Azure environment.
• 5+ years of experience organizing workshops.
• 5+ years of IT experience in large organizations or the financial sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Design and implement automated workflows for complex business processes.
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders.
• Integrate workflows and applications with JSON and APIs.
