Job summary

Alistar seeks a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant to turn complex customer needs into scalable Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions. You’ll design, develop and maintain high-quality implementations, using .NET and TypeScript, and choose between custom development and out-of-the-box functionality.

Senior Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant

As a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant, you'll translate complex customer challenges into robust, scalable solutions within Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform. You have at least 4 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, combined with strong development skills in .NET and TypeScript, and know when custom development, out-of-the-box functionality, or an Azure integration is the best choice. You're a reliable point of contact for clients and colleagues: you understand the underlying issue, justify technical decisions, and take responsibility for the quality of the solution.

Your Role as a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant

You design, develop, and maintain high-quality solutions within Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform

You independently translate complex functional and technical customer requests into reliable and maintainable solutions

Using .NET and TypeScript, you'll develop custom solutions and components for backend systems and user-friendly interfaces

You advise clients on technical options and explain complex choices in a clear and understandable way

Working alongside functional consultants and developers, you'll translate requirements into well-thought-out technical solutions

Drawing on your expertise, you will implement Azure integrations and contribute to CI/CD and automated deployments

Through testing, code reviews, and documentation, you actively monitor technical quality and maintainability

In Agile teams, you'll use Azure DevOps to work on projects - often long-term ones - in the public sector

What are you bringing?

You have at least 4 years of relevant experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, including technical development and implementation work

You have extensive experience with .NET and TypeScript and can use them to independently develop complex solutions

Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform hold few secrets for you, and you know how to use both effectively

You have experience with Azure integrations, such as Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Logic Apps

You communicate persuasively with customers and can clearly advise on and justify technical decisions

You look beyond the customer's initial request, ask probing questions, and translate needs into sustainable technical solutions

Experience with React, IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps Boards is a plus

You work independently and take ownership, but you actively seek collaboration and share your technical knowledge with colleagues
