Job summary

FrieslandCampina is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Commercialisation Team within Customer Supply Chain. You will lead Design to Value (DtV) projects in the White Dairy category, driving customer value and cost optimization across Europe.

You will collaborate with R&D, QA, Finance, Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain to manage projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring end-to-end business case delivery and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years FMCG experience with a proven track record in delivering complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time, in full (OTIF) and within budget and scope.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to achieve project objectives and business value.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure accurate and timely project status reporting and escalations.
• Manage an agreed portfolio of DtV and renovation projects.
• Prepare and coordinate CAPEX requests and supporting business cases where applicable.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
