Job summary

FrieslandCampina zoekt een Project Manager White Dairy om DtV-projecten te leiden en renovaties te sturen. Je werkt samen met R&D, QA, Financiën, Marketing, Verkoop en Supply Chain om projecten van concept tot implementatie te brengen en waarde en kosten te optimaliseren.

Je beheert end-to-end business cases, projectdoelstellingen en CAPEX, zorgt voor stakeholder-afstemming en levert binnen gestelde tijdlijnen en budgetten in een internationale, cooperatieve omgeving.

Qualifications

• Minimaal 6–10+ jaren FMCG-ervaring met aantoonbare ervaring in complexe projecten.
• Mastergraad vereist; sterke end-to-end kennis van nieuw product- en verpakkingsontwikkeling.
• Begrip van klantensupply chains en end-to-end bedrijfsnetwerk.
• Vermogen om strategie naar uitvoering te vertalen met sterke stakeholdermanagement en cross-functioneel leiderschap.
• Pragmatische, resultaatgerichte leider met sterke communicatieve, financiële vaardigheden.

Responsibilities

• Leid DtV- en renovatieprojecten van concept tot implementatie.
• Zorg voor levering volgens doelstellingen, tijdlijnen en budgetten.

You will lead Design to Value (DtV) projects in the White Dairy category, driving customer value and cost optimization. Working across R&D, QA, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain, you will manage projects from initiation to implementation. You will support the commercialisation of a diverse white dairy portfolio across Europe.

Employment benefits:

• Salary between €5,250 and €7,150 gross per month(full-time), depending on experience and fit for the role.
• A work week of 32 to 38 hours, a 5% year-end allowance, 12,5% bonus (company performance-based), 8% holiday allowance and a pension scheme.
• Hybrid working, a train card and/or €0.23 per km (max. 30 km one way).
• 200 hours of annual leave, with the option to buy orsellup to 40 hours.

Vacancy Description

As Project Manager White Dairy, you will lead large-scale Design to Value (DtV) and renovation projects, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives, requirements, timelines, and budgets. Through structured project management and proactive risk management, you will drive projects from concept to implementation. Where required, you will manage CAPEX-related activities, including the development of robust business cases in collaboration with subject matter experts.You will be accountable for the delivery of the end-to-end business case and full project lifecycle, including: Project Initiation & Scoping, Project Design & Planning, Project Execution & Implementation, Stakeholder Management, Project Team Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time, in full (OTIF) and within agreed budget and scope.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and business value.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure accurate and timely project status reporting and escalations.
• Manage an agreed portfolio of DtV and renovation projects.
• Prepare and coordinate CAPEX requests and supporting business cases where applicable.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
