Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a District Manager in the Netherlands to lead a district of lifestyle-brand stores. You will drive commercial performance, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experiences across your district with hands-on coaching and visits.

You will travel extensively (80%+), develop Store Managers, translate data into action, and ensure brand standards are executed consistently.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading multiple stores.
• Strong coaching and performance improvement skills.
• Analytical mindset with KPI interpretation.
• Excellent communication with store teams and HQ.
• Fluent English and German.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Store Managers to meet sales and KPI targets.
• Analyze performance data and implement action plans.
• Conduct structured store visits for coaching and execution.
• Lead new store openings and recruitment of store talent.
• Collaborate with HR and safety functions to maintain standards.
