Alvarez & Marsal in Amsterdam seeks a Senior Director to join our EMEA SPA services team. You will lead end-to-end advisory engagements across pre- and post-deal phases, delivering value through robust analysis and deal negotiation support.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering SPA services across pre- and post-deal phases.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and teams.
• Ability to lead and thrive in a high-performing team environment.
• Fluent business English and Dutch; additional languages desirable.
• ACA/CPA or equivalent credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advisory on financial and strategic implications of SPAs.
• Lead negotiations on purchase price and SPA terms.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to inform pricing decisions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure delivery excellence.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Manage end-to-end SPA advisory engagements with leadership.
• Support practice development and creation of resources for the EMEA SPA team.
• Champion the use of AI tools to enhance SPA engagements.
