Qualifications

• Strong academic background with a Master's degree from a top-tier university.
• Relevant experience in corporate finance or M&A.
• Fluent in English, preferably in Dutch and/or German.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A execution team on mandates.
• Prepare and deliver pitch materials.
• Manage multiple workstreams to deliver quality outputs.
• Support transaction documentation preparation.
• Conduct valuation analyses, including DCF and IRR.
• Monitor news and trends in targeted industries.
