Job summary

Teva in the Netherlands seeks a Director – Category Manager EXM-Oral Solid Dose (OSD) to lead category strategy and supplier relationships across the EXM-OSD network. You will own assigned categories, drive multi-year savings, and coordinate with manufacturing, quality, and strategic sourcing to deliver value.

Reporting to senior procurement leaders, you will influence decisions, develop capability, and ensure disciplined, data-driven category management across external manufacturing

Qualifications

• Experience in Category Management, Strategic Sourcing or Procurement in regulated industries.
• Experience managing External Manufacturing (EXM), CMO/CDMO partnerships, or strategic supplier relationships.
• Experience leading sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and cross-functional projects.
• Strong understanding of Oral Solid Dose (OSD) manufacturing networks is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned OSD categories and act as Teva's category SME.
• Develop and execute strategies aligned with business needs and manufacturing priorities.
• Deliver 3–5 year savings and improvement roadmaps.
• Partner with Strategic Sourcing on RFx, negotiations, and supplier selection.
• Define supplier management strategies and guide performance improvements.
