Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director – Strategic Sourcing Core / Agile for External Manufacturing Generics. You will define sourcing strategies, lead end-to-end RFx processes, negotiate with suppliers, and drive value delivery across the EXM portfolio.

Reporting to the Senior Director, you will influence senior stakeholders, build capability, and embed data-driven decision-making to strengthen supplier performance and mitigate risk.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategic sourcing and contracting.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable value through sourcing initiatives.
• Experience in External Manufacturing and/or regulated industries (pharma/biotech) preferred.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead sourcing strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Own end-to-end sourcing (opportunity identification, strategy, RFx, negotiation, supplier selection).
• Translate needs and market insights into optimized sourcing approaches (cost, quality, risk).
• Align senior stakeholders on strategies and decisions.
