ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Director, EMEA Field Operations within the Customer Excellence Group (CEG) to drive the operating cadence, performance management, and cross‑functional alignment across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will own strategy, planning, and execution to scale customer success and post‑sale services in a large, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant work experience in tech strategy/ops or related fields.
• Experience leading field operations for large, distributed post-sale or services org preferred.
• Proven ability to work with senior leaders and influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the operational strategy and annual operating plan for CEG across EMEA.
• Own performance metrics, forecasts, and renewals for the EMEA field.
• Improve operating model, processes, and tooling for geo-level execution.
• Translate global strategy to EMEA-specific priorities.
• Partner with Finance and Sales on headcount, investments, and NNACV growth.
• Build relationships with CEG, HR, Finance, and cross-functional partners.
• Represent EMEA Field Ops in global SPO leadership forums.
• Establish quarterly business reviews and cadence with stakeholders.
