Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Director Operations Biotherapeutics in Leiden, the Netherlands. You will lead a large biotherapeutics manufacturing organization, overseeing upstream and downstream operations, warehouse and services, and a site leadership team to deliver safe, compliant, and efficient production.

The role requires a minimum of 15 years in biopharma manufacturing, strong leadership, and expertise in lean practices, with fluent English and Dutch knowledge preferred.

Formación

• A degree in Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline is required.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing or a highly regulated manufacturing environment is required.
• Experience leading large, complex manufacturing operations and driving lean improvements is essential.

• Own the performance of Operations across the site and lead manufacturing flow for all departments.
• Drive site transformation, operational excellence, and the introduction of value-adding technologies.
