Rituals Cosmetics Enterprise B.V. is seeking a Senior Digital Merchandiser to shape omnichannel online experiences. You will own digital category strategies, report on KPIs, and translate data into actionable merchandising decisions within a high-paced e-commerce setup.

The role blends strategy with hands-on optimization, partnering with Marketing, Content, Supply and Tech. Amsterdam-based with a hybrid work model (80% in-office, 20% remote) to drive commercial growth and enhance PDP

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital merchandising / digital trading / digital category management in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
• Hands-on experience with merchandising tooling such as Algolia or comparable, and daily data work (GA4, Power BI).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Commercial, detail-oriented mindset with a drive to spot growth opportunities, especially during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Turn KPI insights into fast trading/merchandising actions to drive performance.
• Develop merchandising strategy across sorting, ranking, search, recommendations, upsell, cross-sell and bundles.
• Make OOS-aware trading decisions to protect conversion and avoid dead ends when stock runs out.
• Elevate PDP strategy with content priorities, consistency and storytelling.
• Lead optimization using data, insights and CRO tools for continuous improvements.
• Coordinate initiatives with Marketing, Content, Supply, Innovation and Tech teams.
• Prepare for peak trading periods and drive daily trading optimization.
