Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics Germany, Austria & Switzerland in Amsterdam seeks an experienced S&OE Planner to help manage 0–3 month forecasts and inventory. You will work with Supply, Demand & Inventory Planning, Retail, and E-commerce teams to optimize availability across stores and online channels.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in S&OE or replenishment planning within retail/FMCG, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and familiarity with ERP and planning software.

Qualifications

• At least 1–3 years of S&OE or replenishment planning experience in a commercial setting.
• Experience in Retail or FMCG industries is preferred.
• Bachelor-level education in a relevant field is required.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with Power BI are essential.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and planning software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• KPI-management: track availability, days of supply and forecast accuracy daily.
• Forecasting management for the 0–3 month horizon, adjusting settings and safety stock as needed.
• Stakeholder management with Retail Coordinators and country managers across Rituals regions.
• Operational Excellence: drive improvements and support growth initiatives in S&OE planning.

You will have frequent meetings with the Retail Coordinators and managers in our Rituals countries in which you are responsible for addressing important topics to create a better future in our way of working together. Internally, you will work closely with teams like Supply, Demand & Inventory planning, S&OP Planning, Logistics, Retail, E-com, Wholesale/travel/B2B/Master Franchise, Marketing but also Business Technology!* Operational Excellence: our road to succes!
