Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics is seeking a Senior Art Direction Specialist to lead the art direction of global campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives from concept through final delivery. You will translate marketing and commercial objectives into distinctive visual narratives across digital, social, CRM, retail and e-commerce channels.

You will direct creative productions across photography, film, motion, CGI and AI-driven workflows, collaborate with designers, copywriters and external partners,

Qualifications

• Significant experience in art direction with integrated campaigns.
• Strong brand storytelling and visual narrative skills.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and present concepts.
• Experience across photography, film, motion, CGI and AI workflows.
• Experience in beauty, luxury, or fashion brands is a plus.

The studio combines expertise in Art Direction, Design, Copy, Content, Print, Operations, Translations and platform execution, and has evolved into a creative powerhouse that now develops and delivers high-impact campaigns for audiences around the world. In this role, you will partner closely with Marketing and a broad range of stakeholders across Digital, Retail, Category, Social and local markets to create compelling visual worlds that elevate the Rituals brand. From shaping campaign concepts and leading productions to directing shoots and overseeing final delivery, you will have a direct influence on how millions of customers experience Rituals.Working across photography, film, motion, CGI, design and emerging AI-driven workflows, you will combine creative vision with commercial understanding to create beautiful work that is not only distinctive and inspiring but also delivers against business objectives.
