Job summary

Under Armour is seeking a Senior Professional Digital Marketplace Sales to drive growth across key marketplace partners like Zalando and AboutYou. You will own the commercial partnership with assigned accounts, drive sales, and lead cross-functional alignment with marketing, merchandising, planning, wholesale, and supply chain to deliver top marketplace performance.

You will manage annual sales plans, steer P&L, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of relevant marketplace/ecommerce work experience.
• Experience with key strategic accounts and strong partnership-building.
• Ability to leverage data-driven insights to identify risks and grow opportunities.
• Influence across marketing, merchandising, planning, and supply chain.
• Commercial/digital business progression shown.
• Strategic and commercial mindset for DTC and Wholesale KPIs.
• Self-starter with UA culture and pace of change.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint to present data to senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; German/French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver against the annual sales plan aligned with regional/global strategy.
• Own and steer P&L performance and profitability.
• Lead data-driven performance analysis and growth opportunities.
• Define and lead long-term account strategy including assortment, pricing, promotions, and marketing.
• Lead bi-weekly/monthly trade calls with assigned accounts.
• Act as subject matter expert for accounts using consumer/market insights.
• Drive marketplace innovation across platforms/geographies.
• Foster a growth-oriented team environment and mentor juniors.
