Job summary

Under Armour Europe in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Professional Digital Marketplace Sales to drive growth with Zalando and AboutYou, owning the commercial partnership and delivering profitable growth across the marketplace channel.

You will lead cross-functional alignment with marketing, merchandising, planning, wholesale, and supply chain to achieve best-in-class performance and execute long-term account strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of relevant marketplace experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver against the agreed annual sales plan, in line with the regional and global strategy.
• Own and actively steer P&L performance, leveraging KPIs to drive profitability and optimize commercial outcomes.
• Lead performance analysis and optimization, proactively identifying risks and unlocking growth opportunities through data-driven actions.
• Define and lead long-term account strategy, translating business objectives into actionable roadmaps, including assortment, pricing, promotions, and marketing levers.
• Lead bi-weekly/monthly trade calls with the account to reflect on the performance and understand business trends, influence decision-making and align on joint performance priorities.
• Act as the subject matter expert for assigned accounts, leveraging deep consumer and market insights to shape a winning assortment strategy.
• Drive marketplace innovation and growth initiatives across platforms and geographies.
• Shape a growth-oriented team environment; focused on scaling and advancing the marketplace business.
• Mentor and coach junior teammates and rookies, fostering a high-performance culture.
