Job summary

WKL Consultancy in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to reinforce the Operations side, stabilise and secure cloud infrastructure, and drive automation across pipelines. The role focuses on operations with a path toward leadership as the team scales.

You will work with Azure and Kubernetes, integrate security gates using Snyk, Trivy, SonarQube andOWASP ZAP, and help shape the technical vision for a fast-growing SaaS platform.

Responsibilities

• Operations & Continuity: Maintain and operate production environments and cloud infrastructure (Azure, Kubernetes).
• Vulnerability Management: Analyze vulnerabilities from security scans and resolve them within the operations domain.
• Automation, CI/CD & GitOps: Build, maintain, and optimize automated deployment pipelines using Git, CI/CD, and Flux.
• Security Integration (Shift-Left): Integrate automated security gates and tools (Snyk, Trivy, SonarQube, OWASP ZAP) into pipelines.
• Future Leadership: Contribute to the team''s technical vision, architecture, and processes; potential to become Team Lead.
