Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a senior Developer Relations Manager to lead strategic developer engagement across the Energy & Utilities sector in EMEA, focusing on integrating NVIDIA accelerated computing, AI, and simulation technologies with leading ISVs and utilities.

You will build deep technical relationships with power system software vendors, guide enablement resources, and help shape roadmaps through field insights, collaborating with solution architects, product management, and marketing to drive

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in technology with 5+ years in developer relations, partnerships, or technical leadership.
• Experience leading and scaling developer programs in Energy/ISV ecosystems.
• Proficiency in high-performance computing, cloud, AI/ML, or industry-specific frameworks.
• Strong ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences, from engineers to executives.
• Experience architecting technical engagements, guiding design reviews, and delivering talks/workshops.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted technical advisor for the Energy & Utilities and EMEA partner ecosystem.
• Build strategic technical relationships with leading power and utility ISVs, grid software, and DER solutions.
• Advise on enablement resources: sample code, guides, pipelines, and tools for use in real-world contexts.
• Guide partners through NVIDIA programs, fostering co-innovation and next-generation solutions.
• Map and track developer ecosystem, identify growth opportunities, shape roadmaps, and drive adoption strategies.
• Collaborate with solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing to maximize partner engagement.
• Engage with partner engineering teams to address goals and promote best practices for integrations.
• Represent partner needs to NVIDIA product/engineering teams with actionable field insights.
