Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a senior Developer Relations Manager to accelerate NVIDIA technologies in the Energy & Utilities sector across EMEA. You will engage with ISVs, utilities, and engineering partners to drive adoption of AI, simulation, and edge computing.

The role combines deep technical depth with commercial go-to-market experience, focusing largely on utilities and grid software, plus some Oil & Gas support. Hybrid work and frequent collaboration with partners are expected.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted technical advisor for the Energy & Utilities, EMEA segments with partners to drive adoption of NVIDIA technologies.
• Build strategic technical relationships with leading power and utility ISVs (transmission, grid operations, simulation, DER, renewables).
• Advise on technical enablement resources (sample code, guides, pipelines, tools) to showcase NVIDIA solutions in Energy & Utilities.
• Guide partners through onboarding with NVIDIA programs, enabling co-innovation and next-gen solutions.
• Map and track the ecosystem to identify growth opportunities and shape adoption strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with architects, engineering, product, and marketing to boost developer engagement.
• Engage partner teams and executives to set goals, address challenges, and promote best practices for integration.
• Represent partner needs to NVIDIA product and engineering teams with actionable field insights.

We are seeking a highly technical and strategic Developer Relations Manager to join our team, with a focus on engaging developer ecosystems across emerging technology domains. In this pivotal role, you will work directly with software solution providers, developers, and industry professionals to foster the adoption of NVIDIA's advanced AI and computing platforms. The ideal candidate brings a blend of deep technical expertise and commercial go-to-market experience, combined with a passion for developer advocacy and a talent for communicating how NVIDIA technology can solve complex, real-world challenges.

NVIDIA is seeking a senior Developer Relations leader to accelerate the integration of NVIDIA technologies across the Energy & Utilities ecosystem in EMEA. This role will focus primarily on the electric power and utilities industry, working with leading software vendors, technology partners, utilities, engineering companies, and energy infrastructure providers to help integrate NVIDIA accelerated computing, AI, simulation, digital twin, and edge technologies into industry software platforms and solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong energy industry domain expertise, technical depth, partner engagement experience, and the ability to identify and develop strategic opportunities with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). Approximately 80% of the role will focus on utilities, electrical power systems, grid software and related ISVs, with approximately 20% supporting Oil & Gas and adjacent energy applications.

What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as the trusted technical advisor, problem solver, and champion for the developer ecosystem in the Energy & Utilities, EMEA segments with multi-functional partners to drive adoption of NVIDIA technologies.
• Build strategic technical relationships with leading power and utility ISVs, including transmission, grid operations, power simulation, DER and renewable integration and digital twins and simulation.
• Advise on the technical enablement resources—such as sample code, guides, demonstration pipelines, and tools to highlight the application of technologies in solving real-world problems in Energy & Utilities.
• Guide partners and startups through onboarding and integration with NVIDIA’s programs, fostering co-innovation and the development of next-generation solutions.
• Map, track, and supervise the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities, advise technology roadmaps, and shape adoption strategies.
• Collaborate multi-functionally with solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing to drive developer engagement and optimize partner adoption strategies.
• Engage with partner engineering teams, technical leaders, and decision-makers to identify goals, tackle technical challenges, and promote best practices for successful integrations.
• Represent and advocate for the partner technical needs and feedback to NVIDIA’s internal product and engineering teams, supplying actionable insights from field deployments to influence product roadmaps.

What We Need To See

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• A minimum of 8+ years of overall professional experience in the technology industry in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, including 5+ years of direct hands-on experience in your designated ecosystem.
• Proven experience leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs in the Eerbgy vertical and ISVs.
• Significant financial services technical proficiency in high-performance computing, cloud, AI/ML, and/or vertical-specific frameworks and libraries.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for diverse technical and non-technical audiences from engineers to executives.
• Experience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams - including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivery of technical talks or workshops
• Proven ability to structure and implement sophisticated technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with internal or external stakeholders (across sales, legal, product or marketing teams as needed).

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

• Experience with major power system, utility, electrical engineering, industrial automation, or energy management software platforms.
• Experience working directly with major European utilities, grid operators, OEMs, EPCs, or energy technology companies.
• Knowledge of GPU computing, CUDA, AI/ML, generative AI, optimization, simulation, or high-performance computing
• Track record in crafting and implementing systems for real-time processing and low-latency decision-making.
• Successful history of building and scaling developer communities and delivering impactful technical enablement programs.
