Job summary

myTomorrows, a Netherlands‑based health tech company, seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to shape and secure our deployment pipeline and infrastructure in a cloud‑native environment. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive automation, scalability, and reliability across the stack.

Most of the team is based in the Netherlands, and you will be office‑based in Amsterdam, contributing to monitoring, deployment, and optimization efforts while mentoring junior engineers and staying

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in DevOps or related field.
Proficient with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).
Experience with Docker containerization.
Understanding of infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
Experience automating deployment, scaling, and management with Kubernetes.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab or CircleCI.
Strong proactive problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English).

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain our DevOps infrastructure.
Manage deployment, automation, and configurations of our applications.
Establish and sustain monitoring for all infrastructure elements.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure robustness, scalability and security.
Automate issue detection and response via monitoring and alerts.
Maintain and improve build and deployment processes.
Document systems and processes comprehensively.
Mentor junior DevOps team members.
Stay up to date with the latest DevOps trends and technologies.
