myTomorrows is a global health tech company focused on improving access to treatments. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will take primary ownership of our frontend experience and contribute to backend changes, delivering scalable products end-to-end from UI to API.

With most of the team in the Netherlands, you’ll be based within commuting distance of our Amsterdam office and join a hybrid, collaborative environment that values design, performance, and responsible AI-assisted development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of frontend or full-stack experience.
• Strong Angular and Lit HTML proficiency.
• Experience integrating with APIs and microservices.
• Proficient Python for FastAPI basics and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend components in Angular (and Lit HTML where applicable).
• Own the integration layer between frontend and backend: APIs, data contracts, and microservices integration.
• Make targeted backend changes to ship features without always needing a backend engineer.
• Contribute to architectural discussions across the full stack, from UI to API design.
• Mentor and support junior engineers across the stack.
• Stay current with evolving frontend and full-stack best practices.
