Job summary

Oikotechno Japan Co., Ltd is seeking a Senior Desktop Systems Administrator to support our enterprise infrastructure onsite. You will manage client compute devices, operating systems, and mobile platforms across multiple locations, ensuring reliability and security.

You will work with cross-functional IT teams in a large-scale environment, troubleshoot WAN/LAN, AD, GPO, and endpoint configurations, and help deploy Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of desktop systems administration in a large enterprise.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux imaging and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of AD, GPO, and endpoint security practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for client compute devices (laptops, desktops, peripherals) in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Manage and troubleshoot WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and Active Directory.
• Deploy, configure, and support Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL).
• Validate GPO RSOP and JAMF configurations on endpoints.
• Manage user accounts and directory maintenance.
• Support Microsoft productivity suite (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange/Outlook, Office).
• Configure and support mobile devices via MDM solutions.
• Support videoconferencing and Cisco collaboration systems.
