Job summary

Oikotechno Japan Co., Ltd is seeking a Senior Desktop Systems Administrator to support our enterprise infrastructure. The on-site role covers client compute devices, operating systems, and mobile platforms across locations, requiring strong problem-solving and independent work in a fast-paced environment.

You will deploy and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux, manage AD/GPO/RSoP, JAMF Pro, and MDM solutions, and support Microsoft 365 and Exchange. Collaboration with IT security is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in desktop systems administration in a large enterprise.
• Experience packaging and deploying across Windows, macOS and Linux (SCCM/Intune/JAMF).
• Familiar with IT asset management and inventory practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• Certifications such as A+, Modern Desktop, JAMF, CCSNA noted.
• Hands-on with Intune, MECM or JAMF Pro for endpoint lifecycles.
• Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for client compute devices and peripherals.
• Manage and troubleshoot WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and AD.
• Deploy and support Windows, macOS, and Linux OS images.
• Validate GPO/RSoP and JAMF configurations on endpoints.
• Manage user accounts and Active Directory lifecycle.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps and Exchange/SharePoint.
• Configure and support mobile devices via MDM solutions.
• Support videoconferencing and Cisco collaboration setups.
• Maintain enterprise printing, scanning, and office devices.
• Collaborate with IT security for patching and hardening.
