Job summary

PVH Corporation's Tommy Hilfiger brand in Amsterdam seeks a Senior Designer Outerwear for Tommy Jeans Mens. You will lead design and development of outerwear across seasons, translating direction into brand-right product, and owning the lifecycle from concept to final execution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, coach juniors, manage deadlines, and present concepts at seasonal reviews. Candidates should have 5–7+ years in fashion design, strong garment construction knowledge, and fluent

Qualifications

5–7+ years of relevant fashion design experience.
Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, fabrics, insulation, linings, trims, washes, coatings, finishes and related manufacturing techniques.
Strong creative ability with a track record translating concepts into viable products.
Experience managing product from concept and CAD through prototypes, fittings, development and final execution.
Strong consumer and commercial awareness and understanding of market dynamics affecting design decisions.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; PLM systems experience and familiarity with AI/digital tools are valued.
Fluent professional English.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design and development of the Tommy Jeans Mens Outerwear collection across all seasons.
Translate concepts and brand direction into a clear Outerwear proposition balancing continuity with newness.
Develop silhouettes, fabrics, trims and details aligned with the Tommy Jeans aesthetic.
Create CADs, sketches, colorways and documentation; maintain PLM records.
Collaborate with Product Development, Sourcing and vendors; own design intent through prototypes and fittings.
Present concepts and recommendations at seasonal reviews to senior stakeholders.
Coach junior designers and design assistants.
