PVH Corporation, home of Tommy Hilfiger and Tommy Jeans, seeks a highly experienced Design Director for Tommy Jeans Women’s Apparel in Amsterdam. You will lead non-denim categories, define seasonal direction and build distinctive icons with the VP of Tommy Jeans Design.

You will guide a design team, collaborate across Production, Sourcing, Buying, Planning and Merchandising Sales, and ensure the collection remains culturally relevant and commercially successful.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years' design management experience within global premium or accessible-premium apparel brands.
• Significant senior womenswear experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Seasonal Direction and Women’s Product Vision across non-denim categories.
• Identify emerging trends and translate them through Tommy Jeans DNA.
• Reinterpret heritage into modern product icons and franchises.
• Collaborate with Merchandising on range architecture, pricing and margins.
• Drive colour, silhouette, material and fit direction across the collection.
• Maintain understanding of the Tommy Jeans female consumer and market shifts.
• Translate design strategy into clear priorities and deliverables.
• Lead the design team, edit product, and coach designers.
• This is a full time role based in Amsterdam and includes work travelling.
