Job summary

PVH Corporation, Amsterdam campus, seeks a Design Director for Tommy Jeans Apparel to lead aesthetic and commercial success across collections. You will steer design, coordinate with senior leaders, manage a design team, and ensure high-quality, trend-conscious product aligned with global goals.

You will translate strategy into actionable plans, measure KPIs, and drive revenue, working in an international environment with strong collaboration and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years design management experience in premium apparel.
• Proven track record translating design strategy into actionable plans with KPIs.
• Fluency in English, strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute seasonal fashion direction across Tommy Jeans collections.
• Lead design team, coach individuals and foster collaboration.
• Translate design strategy into operations and measurable KPIs.
• Collaborate with VP, Chief Design Officer and cross-functional partners.
• Develop range plans, pricing, margins and collection structure.
• Oversee fabric direction and quality, align with global assortment needs.
