The role demands 12+ years in strategy with 7+ years of leadership, strong commercial acumen, and excellent English communication in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Typically 12+ years in product strategy or related fields, with at least 7 years in management.
• Experience in apparel, footwear, retail or consumer goods is strongly preferred; strategy/consulting background advantageous.
• Proven ability to define long-term product strategies and multi-year planning.
• Strong leadership with portfolio ownership and governance experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve long-term Product Strategy agenda and growth priorities.
• Shape category acceleration and seasonal planning.
• Lead governance, sequencing and resource allocation across portfolios.
• Provide executive-ready insights and strategic narratives to leadership.
• Build partnerships across regions and functions to translate priorities into execution.
