Job summary

An innovative engineering company in Haarlem is looking for a Design Engineer to develop and optimize mechanical designs for advanced landing gear systems. This role involves creating 3D models and collaborating closely with engineers to ensure precision and manufacturability. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, along with 2+ years of mechanical design experience, preferably in aerospace. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in aerospace.
• Dutch nationality is mandatory.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and update 3D models and 2D drawings.
• Perform tolerance and fit analyses to ensure design integrity.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure producibility.
• Support design reviews and documentation.
