Job summary

Extreme Cashmere BV seeks a Senior Demand & Inventory Planning Manager to own the flow of goods across our stores, pop-ups, online shops, and wholesale partners worldwide. You will report to the Head of Finance and collaborate with merchandising, logistics, production and every sales channel.

You will track stock, convert forecasts into purchase orders with production partners, and manage allocation and replenishment across channels.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in demand planning, inventory management or supply planning, ideally in luxury or premium fashion.
• Experienced across retail, e-commerce and wholesale.
• Hands-on with purchase orders, suppliers and lead times.
• Precise, reliable and structured, with an eye for the bigger picture.
• Able to explain numbers in plain words.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• A feel for knitwear and natural fibers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep track of stock across warehouses, stores, online and in transit; ensure stock data is accurate.
• Turn demand forecast into purchase orders with merchandising and place orders with production partners.
• Allocate and replenish stock between stores, online and wholesale; plan opening stock for new stores and pop-ups.
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to move goods efficiently to warehouses, stores and clients.
• Plan the inventory budget and open-to-buy with finance; report on stock levels, cover, sell-through and aging stock.
• Build planning routines and tools; integrate sales and stock data from Shopify, stores and wholesale into one view.

the role

we are looking for a senior demand & inventory planning manager to own the flow of goods. we sell in our own stores and pop-ups, online and through boutiques around the world.

you report to our head of finance and work closely with merchandising, logistics, production and every sales channel.

what you’ll do

keep track of our stock

know where every piece is at all times: in the warehouse, in our stores, online and in transit. keep the stock data in our systems correct.

place the orders

work with merchandising to turn the demand forecast into purchase orders and place them with our production partners. plan quantities and timing, and follow every order through to delivery.

allocate and replenish

decide how stock is split between stores, online and wholesale. run replenishment for our stores and webshops, plan the opening stock for new stores and pop-ups, and move pieces between locations when it makes sense.

keep goods moving

work with supply chain and logistics on how goods travel from our production partners to the warehouse, and from there to our stores, clients and wholesale accounts. shorten lead times and fix bottlenecks.

plan and report

plan the inventory budget and open-to-buy with finance. plan the buy for each edition with merchandising. report on stock levels, cover, sell-through and aging stock.

build the tools

set up planning routines and tools. work with our data & tech team so that sales and stock from shopify, our stores and wholesale come together in one view.

who you are

• 8+ years in demand planning, inventory management or supply planning, ideally in luxury or premium fashion
• experienced across retail, e-commerce and wholesale
• hands-on with purchase orders, suppliers and lead times
• strong with numbers and excel; experience with an erp or planning tool is a must, shopify is a plus
• precise, reliable and structured, with an eye for the bigger picture
