Job summary

Projob in Amsterdam is seeking a Buying & Demand Planning Specialist to drive seasonal planning, execute strategic buying decisions, and maintain a global order book with vendors and internal teams.

You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field, at least 2 years’ fashion retail or large Ecommerce buying experience, and excellent English communication with strong data analysis and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
• At least 2 years of buying experience in fashion retail or large Ecommerce.
• Strong data analysis and Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF statements).
• Effective communicator and negotiator.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with vendors and internal teams to manage seasonal planning.
• Execute strategic buying decisions across multiple seasons.
• Maintain seamless communication with merchandisers, product developers, and suppliers.
• Oversee material bookings and manage a comprehensive global order book for assigned categories.
