Foot Locker EMEA in the Netherlands is seeking a Demand Planner to link forecasting with warehouse and supply chain planning. You will translate demand forecasts into actionable plans for our Haps distribution center, collaborating with warehouse and planning teams to balance stock and customer availability across Europe.

The role emphasizes developing and improving demand forecasts and S&OP processes, analyzing KPIs, ensuring data quality, and driving data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain planning.
• Ability to manage and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on attitude.
• Comfortable with large datasets (Excel, ERP/WMS; forecasting tools a plus).
• Fluent in Dutch and English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve demand forecasts and inventory planning.
• Collaborate with warehouse and strategic planning teams to align demand and inventory levels.
• Support the development of S&OP processes, including meetings.
• Analyze performance KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor data quality and optimize processes and systems.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and risks.
