Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Data Scientist for a fully remote role based in the Netherlands. You will work onhigh-volume, real-time identification platforms, turning complex, noisy data into precise browser/device recognition models.

The role combines ML, statistics, experimentation, and backend engineering, owning projects from research to production deployment while influencing engineering practices and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in machine learning, data science, and backend or equivalent engineering.
• Strong ML fundamentals and statistics background.
• Experience with supervised learning and high-cardinality data.
• Real-time ML services development and model-to-service integration.
• Excellent coding and software engineering, especially SQL and Git.
• Fluent English and collaboration in distributed teams.
• Go and backend development experience is a plus.
• Familiar with ClickHouse, Snowflake, BigQuery is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven algorithms using noisy unlabeled data to improve browser/device ID.
• Design supervised, semi-supervised, and unsupervised ML methods for high-cardinality data.
• Own DS initiatives end-to-end from research to production deployment.
• Design experiments for real-time inference and model-service integration.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to answer business and technical questions.
• Create practical data collection/evaluation methods when labels are scarce.
• Share tools and practices to foster a data-driven culture across teams.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering to build production-ready services.
• Participate in shared on-call rotation with predictable coverage.
