Job summary

Gazelle Global is seeking a Data Scientist for a 12+ month contract in the Netherlands to build AI and analytics solutions strengthening cybersecurity controls, with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM). You will craft production-grade code in Python, PySpark and SQL, deploy models, and collaborate with engineers and security teams to deliver impactful results.

• Proficient in Python, PySpark, SQL and writing clean, production-ready code.
• Experience building AI/LLM or advanced analytics solutions with prompt design, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Experience with Databricks, MLflow, MLOps, deployment, CI/CD, testing, or related software delivery practices.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership from discovery to delivery.
• Strong collaboration with engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and business stakeholders.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
