Job summary

DeepHealth is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to own data topics across products, including dataset creation, data export, annotation workflows, and performance monitoring. You will build reusable pipelines, automate data processes, and mentor junior teammates while collaborating with radiologists, product managers, AI engineers, and clinical researchers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in health-related or scientific field.
• 5+ years in data management, data engineering, or data science.
• Proficient in Python and SQL; comfortable with BigQuery and MongoDB.
• Ability to structure, document, and optimize data processes.
• Experience writing automated tests and using version control.
• Knowledge of medical imaging and data/annotations shaping AI.

Responsibilities

• Own data topics across products end to end.
• Design and maintain reusable tooling, pipelines, dashboards, and automation.
• Make structuring decisions on technical implementation, tooling, and data architecture; maintain code quality.
• Surface actionable insights from the data lake for stakeholders.
• Drive data collection and build medically consistent datasets.
• Mentor junior data team members through guidance and knowledge sharing.
