Job summary

DeepHealth is seeking a Director of Data Governance to lead the evolution of its data ecosystem into a unified, high-quality enterprise asset. You will own strategic design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Data Governance Framework to ensure data is accurate, secure, and ready for advanced analytics and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in Data Management/Governance in regulated industry
• Experience with DAMA-DMBOK frameworks and data quality lifecycle
• Understanding of data profiling tools, metadata management, and modern data stack concepts
• Experience with AI systems in production or product development
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• High integrity and confidentiality
• Master's degree or advanced certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a Data Governance roadmap aligned with enterprise vision
• Review and enforce Data Management Policy and Data Governance Charter
• Facilitate data standards decisions and resolve cross-functional conflicts
• Implement Data Quality Management procedures and KPI for data accuracy
• Define enterprise-wide data standards including metadata, lineage, and master data
• Partner with IT and Security to support AI data pipelines within security boundaries
• Define data classification levels with Security for high-risk data access
• Ensure compliance with global privacy regulations and internal mandates
• Align data governance with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements
• Mentor and develop the data governance team
