Job summary

Huawei Europe is seeking a Senior Data Center Solution Manager (m/f/d) for The Hague, Netherlands. The role focuses on expanding market presence in FLAPD and the Nordic region, managing senior-level relationships, and delivering revenue growth while leading bespoke colocation and connectivity solutions.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in data center sectors, strong English communication, and willingness to travel across Europe.

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Data Center, Colocation, or Hyperscaler sectors.
Deep familiarity with FLAPD markets; Nordic region network desirable.
Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills in English; additional European language is a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 50% across Europe.

Responsibilities

Market Expansion & Lead Generation: own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
Strategic Relationship Management: develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within the data center ecosystem.
Revenue Accountability: own specific sales KPIs and annual revenue targets with quarterly growth.
Solution Selling: collaborate with technical teams to craft bespoke colocation and connectivity solutions.
Market Intelligence: monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes in Europe to position services.
