Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a Netherlands-based client to hire a Senior Data & Analytics Engineer. You will own a modern data platform with Databricks and Microsoft Fabric, build scalable pipelines, and own BI assets including Power BI semantic models.

The role is fully remote across Europe, with a strong emphasis on governance, data quality, and customer-facing analytics. You will work in a cross-functional, product-led environment delivering measurable impact in a SaaS setting and IoT-like

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data/analytics engineering focusing on customer-facing BI.
• Experience building scalable data platforms and BI in SaaS environments.
• Advanced SQL and dimensional modeling (Kimball) knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data platform including lakehouse and Databricks.
• Design and operate robust ETL/ELT workflows for batch and near-real-time data.
• Own Power BI semantic models, KPIs, and dataset refresh processes.
• Build customer-facing dashboards and embedded analytics.
• Implement CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and governance across data pipelines.
• Lead migration from vendor-built BI to a product-grade architecture.
