Job summary

NN Group in the Netherlands is seeking a Solution Architect for Data & AI Services to define and drive enterprise architectures for data products and cloud-native solutions. The role acts as a technical leader, guiding engineers and aligning architecture with NN's technology direction.

You will work across business, product, and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable data and AI platforms, lead ADRs and design reviews, and promote engineering excellence within NN Group.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in solution architecture or related fields.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale Data & AI solutions.
• Proven track record delivering data, analytics, or AI platforms.
• Strong knowledge of cloud and platform engineering.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between business needs, product management, engineering teams, and enterprise architecture, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, reusable, and aligned with NN's strategic technology direction.
• Define end-to-end architectures for Data & AI Products.
• Translate business outcomes and product visions into scalable technical solutions.
• Design integration patterns across Data Governance, Data Engineering, AI Engineering, and Business Intelligence domains.
• Ensure data products are reusable, discoverable, secure, and aligned with enterprise governance standards.
• Lead Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) and design reviews, ensuring consistency with enterprise architecture principles and standards.
