SBM Offshore N.V. is seeking a Cybersecurity Compliance Lead to direct the organization’s cybersecurity compliance program. You will develop policies, conduct audits, and drive risk-based improvements across the global IT landscape from Amsterdam.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, coordinate with auditors, and lead incident responses while ensuring adherence to GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001, and NIST standards. English proficiency is required for effective communication.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field is required.
• CISSP, CISA, or CISM certifications are preferred.
• Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and external auditors.

Aufgaben

• Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives: Oversee the development and implementation of cybersecurity compliance programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and vulnerabilities, developing mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align cybersecurity measures with compliance objectives.
• Audit and monitor IT systems to ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees on cybersecurity compliance best practices.
• Manage compliance reporting to senior management, highlighting risks and mitigation efforts.
• Respond to incidents, ensuring actions comply with regulatory requirements and proper documentation.
