Job summary

Nmbrs in Amsterdam seeks a Senior Information Security Officer to safeguard data and protect systems across the Nmbrs suite. You will own the ISMS, drive risk assessments, and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, and related security obligations.

You will work hands-on with firewalls, cloud security, and incident response, collaborating with the DPO and security liaisons across units. A proactive, vocal leader with strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the ISMS and maintain ISO 27001 certification and ISAE3402 audit.
• Develop and maintain security policies and standards; run risk assessments.
• Verify controls are effective in practice.
• Help shape security architecture and access management; ensure security is considered in software delivery.
• Plan audits; coordinate evidence collection; act as main auditor contact; follow up on findings.
