Job summary

Science [&] Technology Corporation is seeking a Security & Compliance Officer in Delft to own and continuously improve the company’s integrated Management System, spanning information security, quality, risk management and compliance.

You will coordinate with senior management to embed security requirements into proposals, contracts and project execution, and support audits and certifications across ISO 27001, ISO 9001, GDPR, NIS2 and defence standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Cyber Security, IT, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in information security, quality management, compliance or combination thereof.
Proven experience with ISO 27001 and/or ISO 9001 management systems.

Responsibilities

Own and continuously improve the integrated Management System (information security, quality, risk management and compliance).
Coordinate compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 9001, GDPR, NIS2 and defence requirements; support audits and certifications.
Maintain risk, incident and non-conformance registers; identify and elevate risks.
Assist proposals, contracts and project execution with security and compliance requirements.
Facilitate Management Reviews and report to senior management; develop and maintain policies and documentation.
Drive security and compliance awareness across the organisation.
