Job summary

The position involves shaping presales and account development, orchestrating multi-service-line delivery, and coaching consultants to drive impact across complex engagements.

Responsibilities

• Assess digital, customer experience, and organisational maturity.
• Analyse business challenges, customer needs, and market opportunities.
• Define transformation visions, strategic objectives, and operating models.
• Lead Customer Experience transformation initiatives, from research to journeys, service blueprints, and future-state omnichannel experiences.
• Facilitate product discovery and bridge business, customer, and technology needs.
• Lead consulting engagements end-to-end: manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure quality of deliverables, monitor budgets and risks, and present recommendations to executive stakeholders.
