Job summary

Bloomon is seeking a Senior Associate for the Customer Delight Team to elevate every customer interaction across Bloom & Wild and Bloomon brands. You’ll manage inboxes, solve issues, and drive improvements with empathy and initiative.

You'll coach agents, lead peaks and projects to hit OKRs, and handle emails, chats, WhatsApp, and calls in English and German or Dutch. A solution‑oriented mindset and translation tools help you shine.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume customer support environments.
• Ability to manage multiple channels (email, chat, WhatsApp, phone).
• Empathetic, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage the inbox and support channels for Bloom & Wild and Bloomon brands.
• Lead peaks and projects to help the team hit OKRs.
• Coach and train agents, ensuring quality and care in every interaction.
• Handle emails, chats, WhatsApp, and phone calls in English and German or Dutch.
• Review agent performance and provide feedback to improve service quality.
