Job summary

Bloom & Wild Group is seeking a Customer Delight Associate to support German-speaking customers and collaborate across Dutch and English queues. You will engage customers through email, WhatsApp, live chat, and phone, working in a hybrid team across the UK, Netherlands and Germany.

The role requires empathy, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to deliver exceptional service. You will be part of a dynamic Customer Delight Team, based in Amsterdam, with shifts between 09:00 and 22:30,

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch language skills are essential.
• Experience in a customer service oriented role is a plus.
• Willing to work across shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through multiple channels in Zendesk and resolve issues.
• Attend company and team meetings and discuss performance with your manager.
• Support German-speaking customers via email, WhatsApp, live chat and phone; assist Dutch and English queues when needed.
