Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Senior Project Manager for GPUaaS & AI infrastructure in the Netherlands. Lead end-to-end deployments from planning through production handover, coordinating across engineering, product, procurement, and data center operations.

You will establish PMO standards, governance, and live dashboards, while leveraging AI-assisted tools and automation to streamline workflows and reporting across Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Australia.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in project/program management or infra delivery.
• Five+ years managing complex infra projects with multiple teams and vendors.
• Proven PMO, governance, reporting, dashboards experience.
• Experience with workflow automation and AI-assisted development tools.
• Strong technical fluency across data center infra and networking.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GPUaaS and AI infrastructure deployments from planning to handover.
• Develop integrated project plans with scope, milestones and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
• Align procurement, site readiness, networking, compute and onboarding with dates.
• Lead go-live readiness and handover to operations.
• Build standardized deployment lifecycle and governance.
• Create reusable templates and runbooks for scaling deployments.
• Develop scalable PMO with delivery frameworks and improvements.
• Leverage automation tools to streamline status reporting and workflows.
• Maintain live dashboards and executive reporting.
