Job summary

KittySpout / DoggySpout is hiring a CRO Lead to own every conversion test across site, landing pages, funnels and post-purchase upsells. You set the strategy, build the backlog, brief and QA tests, and ship winners.

We spend $2M+ per month on Meta; 3–4+ years CRO for Shopify DTC brands is required. You will work hands-on with Intelligems, AfterSell, and Shopify analytics to lift CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor.

Qualifications

• Fully remote, full-time position.
• Fluent in English.
• CRO experience: 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Proof of results: a track record of tests and funnels that lifted CVR, AOV or revenue per visitor, with data backing.
• Experience building and testing paid-acquisition funnels and landing pages.
• Deep hands-on Intelligems experience; ability to set up and QA tests without help.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRO test plan and backlog for both brands; prioritize biggest wins.
• Build, test and launch paid-acquisition funnels, on-site offers and post-purchase upsells.
• Brief, QA and launch tests weekly; call results and ship winners.
