Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our site, landing pages, paid acquisition funnels, on-site offers and post-purchase upsells. You set the strategy and you do the work—building the backlog, briefing and QA-ing tests, launching them and shipping the winners.

We spend substantial ad budgets and seek 3–4+ years CRO experience for Shopify DTC brands. Deep Intelligems experience and a track record of lifts in CVR, AOV or revenue per visitor are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years CRO experience for Shopify DTC brands.
• Hands-on CRO program management and testing across multiple funnels.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRO test plan and backlog for both brands.
• Build, test and launch paid-acquisition funnels and on-site offers.
• Brief, QA and launch tests weekly; ship winners with speed.
• Report CRO KPIs weekly and drive improvements across funnels.
• Manage CRO agency and coordinate with founder.
